Welcome to T.L.C.
Tamesa London Circle was formed in 2006 by Mani & April, to celebrate, honour and work magically and spiritually with the River Thames, and it’s spirit (or deity)- known as Thamesis, Tamesa or Thames Isis. This includes the woods & parks of London. River Thames has a long association with London’s history and is full of ancient mysteries- worshipped from Tribal times to Romans and modern pagans and Hindus. Ancient artefacts and bones of cattle and human are still buried in it’s depths. These often surface after a high tide, along the shores.
Treasures of Tamesis: This is the name under which April creates and offers various tribal jewellery, using all sorts of tiny treasures and artefacts found on the banks of the Thames. April adds other items such as old coins, silver pendants, crystals & beads, animal tooth & bones to create these tribal jewelleries. These used to be available in our stalls at various Pagan Festivals. These will be now available via this website - soon!

Tamesa Lunar Rituals. suitable for beginners and experienced magical practitioners. Outdoor rituals on the banks of river Thames, and in nearby parks when appropriate. These rituals are based on Lunar cycles (full moon, dark moon, eclipses and work with energies and tides of the river Thames. Hence ritual days, times and locations vary (anywhere between the source of the Thames, to several central London locations, and at South-end-at-Sea where the river Thames meets the sea!). 
Where did we go? For the past 2 years, contents of this website were integrated and redirected to www.Craftandmagic.org. Our TLC activities had also become limited to small friendship group events. However bit by bit we have begun to feel the pull of the river again - in recent months. Reading the signs and the ways of these energies of the river Thames, and all that we hear in the media about our beloved river, we have now decided to give Tamesa London Circle it’s own dedicated website once more. We trickled down low for a while, but now that the torential rains have come ..we’re flowing again!
2013: Tamesa London Circle events will take place on very specific occasions, such as annual Earth Hour walk, River of Souls (Samhain), Eclipse rituals, Thames Picnic. Watch out for info on new events coming soon!
Transpersonal concepts behind the name: After much soul searching, and realising there is a proactive effort needed for us to look after ourselves as well as the world around us, we aptly named this community group `Tamesa London Circle’ which also had the initials TLC (Tender Loving Care!).  And our symbol (shown here) is the Magical Inner-child riding on the Tamesa Serpent beneath the waves of the river (symbolic of the Subconscious). We have done specific rituals o this matter to empower those attending (photo above).
